By purchasing a program or coaching service from Modern Fit Method, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Services
Modern Fit Method provides online fitness coaching services including but not limited to:
Modern Fit Method 12 week body recomposition program
Monthly online coaching (monthly subscription)
Strategy calls/consultations
Payment
Full payment or agreed payment plan instalments are required before coaching begins. Payment plans must be completed as agreed. Failure to complete payment plan instalments may result in suspension of coaching services.
Refund Policy
Refund policy varies depending on the service or offer purchased. All refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
For specific refund terms related to your purchase or to request a refund, please contact me at luke@modernfitmethod.coach within 14 days of purchase.
Beta Test Clients
Beta test clients agree to:
Complete the full 12 week program
Provide honest feedback throughout the program
Share their transformation story and testimonial upon completion of the Modern Fit Method program
Allow Modern Fit Method to use their results and testimonial for marketing purposes (with prior consent)

Modern Fit Method does not guarantee specific results. Individual results depend on effort, commitment, consistency, and adherence to the program. Any future results featured on our website are real but are not guaranteed.
